UPS returned my package (Xbox series x) to sender, before I received, what do I do?

I ordered the Xbox series x via express shipping, the problem was there was service disruption/shipment data missing, I suspect it is because I used a PO Box when I overlooked that UPS doesn't do that. At this point, I want to cancel the order and be done with this and get a full refund, don't wanna go through the stress of doing this again, nor do I wanna lose my money. Not sure what to do as on May 25th it says returned to sender, like physically returned, according to the tracking number, and I haven't received anything else from UPS or Microsoft. What should I do in order to get a full refund for a product I never recieved?

    Not really sure how I did the steps you suggested however none of the support threads thingys where relevant to my issue, not sure where to go exactly, I assume my best bet is to call Microsoft support.
