The device is likely how Windows sees the mouse touchpad on the laptop. I have the same issue on a Toshiba Satellite, and the touchpad doesn't work and the Skizze pen device (which I never installed) has a yellow triangle with an exclamation point on it, probably how yours does. It probably is actually supposed to be the touchpad, but installs as a Skizze pen, instead. Toshiba doesn't have any support for its laptops on its site... at least that I could tell. That Windows sees the device as the wrong kind is a problem for Microsoft to fix.

All the procedures indicated by you, I had done before, but after rebooting the Laptop, the Skizze Pen appear again on other devices nodes, because that Skizze Pen I didn't install either of the drives and I don't know exactly how it appear on the device manager and is so persistent to appearing on device manager. Please show me another form to remove this annoying unuseful device from my laptop.

    Dear John J.D.

Thank you again for your instruction. Using Regedit Editor unfortunately only deletes the registry data of Clixup Skizze Pen but after reboot on the Laptop, the Skizze Pen appears again on other devices nodes. Please do you know another form to remove definitely the annoying pen, or leave it on the system will be harmful to the laptop?

Hi Name, my name is John D. an independent advisor happy to help you with this.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with your Skizze Pen appearing on your Device Manager. One solution you can try is to uninstall the Skizze Pen from the Device Manager. Here are the steps to follow on Windows 10:

    > Click on the Start button and type in "Device Manager".

    > Click on the "View" menu and select "Show Hidden Devices".

    > Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry for the device you want to uninstall, and select Uninstall.

    > On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, if you wish to remove the driver package in addition to uninstalling the device, select the Delete the driver software for this device option.

    > Once you're ready to complete the operation, select OK. Then restart your PC.

I hope that these steps will help you to remove the Skizze Pen from your Device Manager. If the issue persists or if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

    Best regards,

    John D.
