    What is the make of your PC, do you have an Asus PC?

    If you do, that device ID resolves to the Asus Probe II Sense, which is part of monitoring that Asus have installed on your PC, try uninstalling that, then download the latest version from the support page for your PC/motherboard.

    OK, now it does not freeze or BSOD while playing war thunder, just lowering the AA from 16x to 8x. In any case, there is the benchmark test.

    Asus Probe is part of an Asus application installed on your PC, it will be some Asus utility for maintaining the PC, you will not find it in Device Manager, you will find it in the Settings App - Apps and Features.
