I have a legion laptop and when I turn it on it shows this error, anyone knows what is it exactly and how to fix it?

That error indicates your laptop is trying to boot from a network drive, because it cannot find the internal drive or BIOS is corrupt.
Boot your laptop into BIOS
Find the option to restore optimize BIOS defaults and apply that
Save those settings and restart your laptop, does it boot into Windows normally?
