Unable to Choose 2 channels for USB Microphone. Please help

I have recently bought Maono PM461 Series USB Mic but the input is very low.

I tried checking it at various platforms but didn't found any resolution.

In my Windows 10 settings there is no option to choose the 2-channel setting.

Please suggest.

    According to the product descriptions it only has an audio channel maintaining the settings presented in the installed drivers.

    It is not a fault in windows but what is available microphone.

    Were you able to solve this mic setting? In Windows 10, I used my USB mics from Singstar, They are two mics connected to a USB port connection. In the mic settings, I set it up for 2 channels that way 1 mic used one channel and the second one the other. Now in Windows 11 the same setup only gives me the option to set the mic for one channel either cd or DVD quality.
