Go to the folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and delete all files inside the folder.
How to free up the storage space under updates?
Trying to free up space. As you can see under the temporary files there is lots of gigabytes but I don't know how to get rid of them. I have Windows 10 installed and it's up to date. Waiting for the other temporary files to load and deleting them does not get rid of it. Clicking update settings shows no updates or any other sort of resolution. How to get rid of 15.6 gigabytes?

I'm Rodrigo and I'll help you.
Open the Start Menu, type Disk Cleanup and select "Run as administrator" > Select the C: drive > On the list, check the box for Windows Update files > OK to start the cleanup process.
