I am stuck on the sign in screen

I am stuck on the login screen you get when you first turn on the computer. When I click ‘sign in’, it brings me right back to the login screen without even asking for login information / my pin or something. I’m stuck in a loop.

Things I’ve already tried;

  • Restarting the computer
  • Completely shutting down the computer
  • Doing a troubleshoot reset test thing (shift+clicking restart)

Also, before this, it was actually letting me put in my details to sign in but then it would ask me about my pin when I would click the Skip for now option, it would bring me back to the log in page

And even before that, I managed to sign in successfully once, and I think it was because I clicked skip for now, but it was really late and I have a hard time remembering the exact details.

I got my pc last night if that helps?

I just want my computer to work and if anyone can help I would be beyond grateful. 💐 💖💖💖

    Hello, I am also facing the same problem.

    After the update, once I faced with problems so I uninstalled the latest quality update, then everything went back to normal, I entered my computer with using my pin as always.

    But now, the computer was updated again, I was stuck in sign in, I click to sign in and nothing happens, whether it is connected to internet or not, it simply goes back. I uninstalled the latest update, but it didn't work by any reason. I tried again, it says we couldn't find the latest update. Safe mode also gets stuck in sign in. Startup repair can't find any problem. Is there any way to handle it with command prompt?

    It has been suggested to clear TPM in BIOS to fix this problem but I can't vouch for it, do it at your own risk.

    I checked it myself and it does work giving you the option to reset the pin or use password
