Hi to anyone who can help me!! I have lost count of the times I have "OPTED OUT" of Microsoft rewards!! I have got everything turned off in the settings but still they come back! Along with that annoying email "Ain't no sunshine when your gone" !! It may be a great scheme to be in when your purchasing things from the "Store" but not for me What bugs me is the fact you sign out the scheme but within minutes your back!! I have read one web page that says you can't leave so why the opt out!!

Confused !

Hi Jaspreet, thanks for that but I have already filled in the form and no reply! I also go to that page you sent me and "OPT OUT" but I am soon back in again ! I sometimes hear my Microsoft mobile "beep" in the night, when I check in the morning it is a message from Microsoft "ain't no sunshine when your gone" !! In a way I find it funny but also annoying, they are determined not to let me go that easily ! I did read you can't leave the scheme so unsure what to believe now. I guess changing the search engine would be what most people would do!

I agree the guides have not been updated properly and the data provided by Microsoft contradicts each other.

    Hello Brian,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

As of now the opt out option for users is the only way to remove rewards option :https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...

Try requesting the rewards support team here for a permanent solution : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequ...

The dedicated support is the only option that may be able to assist in this case.

Hi Jaspreet, I made the request about 2 weeks ago and again 2 days ago! Just opened my browser and I am "back in again" after opting out yesterday! I have lost count how many times I have "opted out", they are determined they are going to keep me ha. I have read loads of posts about this subject ! This is what I get when or after opting out !

You should be able to leave the program without resorting to changing your search engine. How long ago was the request to the rewards team made? They are taking much much longer to respond at the moment.
