    Hi KarenH01,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

I suggest that you check the registry.

    > Open the Registry Editor(press Win key + R > Type and enter : regedit)

    > Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software

    and HKEY_LOCAL+MACHINE\SOFTWARE

    > Find and delete Anydesk.

    > Close Registry Editor.

    > Restart the PC.

    > Search “AnyDesk ” in the search bar to check for any related files.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

As per others, I cant find any sign of AnyDesk software in the Registry you suggest, but it's there, obviously.

From what I read it's necessary to delete it but I can't find it to do so, it's got itself hidden away somewhere.

    HI

You have to check all the directories in Registry editor. I found in my PC in "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT".
