In all honesty, OP would have a better chance of getting information from Roblox if he asked a brick wall. They are evasive, extremely vague and will use every excuse possible to give players the least amount of information possible. If players are persistent they just stonewall you with replies like "We cannot discuss this matter any further. Your ticket is now closed."

    Roblox's Support isn't particularly supportive...

Hello! My name is Cristiano. I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you.

It's possible that the blue screen error you are experiencing when launching Roblox is related to faulty hardware or drivers, but it could also be caused by issues with the game itself.

    • Make sure you have the latest version of Roblox installed. You can do this by opening the game launcher and checking for updates.
    • Update your graphics drivers. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause crashes or blue screens. Check the website of your graphics card manufacturer to download the latest driver software.
    • Try running the game in compatibility mode. Right-click on the Roblox launcher icon and go to Properties > Compatibility, then select Windows 8 from the dropdown menu and check the box for "Run this program as an administrator."
    • Run a malware scan. Malware can cause all sorts of system errors and may be affecting your Roblox experience.

If none of these steps solve the problem, you may need to contact Roblox support for further assistance.
