Your organization has Network Protection enabled in Block Experience (block mode). Network protection is a part of the attack surface reduction group of solutions in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Your IT admin will need to change the Network Protection configuration or add an IP Indicator exclusion to get around this issue.
