I have a ROG Strix B550-F Gaming Wifi II motherboard, and the wifi antenna is not working or showing in device manager.

The antenna is screwed in in the back and is not working. On Device Manager it is not under network adapters.

    Hello Nicole. This is Emily.

    Have you tried downloading the driver from Asus support website for this motherboard? Try the Wi-Fi driver first, if it is not working install chipset driver and BIOS as well. If it still doesn’t work chance is hardware issue. You will need Asus support in that case.

    Did you install them? If it’s not showing after installation then download and install BIOS. If it still doesn’t show you will need Asus support next.

    Ive found the wifi and chipset drivers. But its not showing in the device manager. So how to i use the drivers if its not showing
