Hi TechnicalDifficultiesTH,
I'm Amr, an independent advisor.
It seems you are having a hardware issue causing your computer to continuously restart in a loop.
A few things you can try
- Disconnect all non-essential peripherals like external hard drives, monitors, printers, etc. and see if the restart loop stops.
This will help determine if a connected device is causing the issue.
- Remove any USB devices like mice, keyboards, flash drives, etc. and see if that makes a difference.
- Check that all cables are securely connected, especially the power cable. Wiggle the cables to see if any connections are loose.
If you have access to another power supply, try connecting your computer to that to rule out the original power supply as the cause.
- Try clearing the CMOS to reset the BIOS settings.
This involves removing the onboard battery for a few minutes and then replacing it. Instructions for doing this vary by motherboard make and model.

- As a last resort, you can try removing components one by one to isolate the specific part that may be malfunctioning.
I hope this is helpful. If you require any additional assistance, don't hesitate to respond to this.
