External monitors detected but not active, how can I fix this?

I am using a dock to connect my 2 external monitors, I recently updated my windows 11 and now both external monitors are not displaying anything, 'no signal'.
The monitors and cables are fine because they work when I connect directly to my laptop.
The dock aslo works because the keyboard and mouse that attach via it are still functioning.
Within the display settings, the external monitors are detected but active. How can I fix this?
Thanks!

I think I had the same problem as yours.

The solution that worked for me consists of enabling the display in Intel Graphics Command Center.

In the display settings in the Intel Graphics Command Center app, click the three dots of the concerned display and click enable if it's not enabled.

Had same problem after an update restart. What I had to do was simple: at the System > Display setting, select the inactive display, then click the drop down under it (next to the "Identify" button), select "Extend desktop to this display" - It was set to "Disconnect this display" after the restart and thus not sending display signals to it.

Hi. I have the same problem and I tried that but it does not work:

After clicking the 3 dots and the "Enable" option for the 2 monitors, they stayed the same (as picture)

I'm having the same issue but when I try to "Extend desktop to this display" it just won't do it. IT keeps going back to "disconnect this display"

I'm having the same problem. The resolutions here don't fix it. In my case, it's odd because when I close the laptop, one of the screen displays. Then when I start to open the laptop again, it stops displaying again.
