2023-08-10T23:16:56+00:00 I am having the same issue across 2 of my Microsoft accounts. I see this when trying to connect Minecraft on Switch via the aka.ms/remoteconnect site. I see this issue across web clients (Firefox, Safari) and both in iOS and macOS. On the switch, I was previously logged in to both MS accounts with two different Switch accounts. On mobile, i get a prompt to download oauth and on mac, I get a redirect "https://sisu.xboxlive.com/oauth?code....". I tried to use one of the accounts to log in to a tablet, but got the error code "DROWNED".
Is there any update on this issue?

2023-05-04T01:15:42+00:00 Hello Emery. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.
You asked why "it" is asking you to download Oauth. But you don't tell us what it is that's asking you to do this. Until we know that we can't tell you what exactly it wants to use it for.
This is what Oauth is generally:

Once you complete your question with what is asking you to do this I'll be able to help you better.
