Hi Spencer,
I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.
When you turn on your computer, do you see the manufacturer's logo?

My computer gets stuck on a black screen with a white line in the top left when trying to start it up.
I have tried using different graphics cards. I also tried the integrated graphics card which gives me just a black screen.
I've tried using a usb with the Windows 10 Creation tool on it.
I've tried unplugging my hdd and my ssd drives one at a time.
I've tried unplugging the usb connectors on my motherboard and also unplugging the hd audio jumper.
I've tried pressing several combinations of keys upon start up. At one point I was able to get into Bios using Shift+F10. At that point I switched the default boot drive to the usb but now I'm back to the black screen with the line.

Thanks for getting back to this thread. Spencer.
It seems the issue is more hardware related rather than software. However, kindly force the computer to shut down 2 times until you get Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced Options.
If you are unable to get into Windows Troubleshooting, create a bootable USB of Windows 10 and boot your computer with the USB:

On the installation window, click on repair.

No. It goes straight to the black screen with the line. Sometimes I can get into Bios by pressing Del.

I can't access Windows Troubleshooting.
I was able to repair using the USB drive but it didn't fix anything. I also tried a system restore but the only restore point was from 2 days ago so it didn't work either.
I can get into Bios and the SSD and HDD drives are showing as well as the RAM.
