How do I get audio to my Turtle Beach Stealth Series 600 Gen 2 Max?

I recently got my headset in the mail and in the progress of setting it up, I've noticed I do not hear anything. I made sure it was updated and I can hear my mic but I could not hear game chat, party chat, or even videos from youtube. When I checked my device settings, it said that there was a slight volume but even still I couldn't hear anything. I've made sure the device transmitter is set to USB and not XBOX.
