How do I fix this particular (BSOD) loop?

Hi,

I've been stuck in a non stop blue screen loop for 2 days now. The problem is I cant do any system restores or any startup repairs because they either don't work or they loop back into the BS, I've also tried multiple prompts but none seem to work, my last option is to uninstall windows and install it through a flash drive but that won't even work because It doesn't even let me restart or even enter safe mode through the start up changes as I mentioned before it continuesly restarts and loops back into the annoying blue screen, so the problem right now is that I need a way to either fix the BSOD or a way to uninstall windows with like some sort of command so I can reinstall it with my flash drive.

I'm hoping for some specialist to find this post and I hope for some feedback, because I'm so annoyed right now.

    Hi Ahmed,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Kindly disconnect all unnecessary devices that are attached to the computer and then try the following methods to fix the issue (Skip a step that you have already tried):

1-Force the computer to shut down 2 times until you get Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced Options:

    A-Startup repair.

B-If you have a system restore point, perform a system restore.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/rec...

C-If you installed any updates recently, uninstall it

D-Click on Command Prompt > Type this command and hit enter:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

    sfc /scannow

    Also try boot repair commands:

    bootrec /scanos

    bootrec /fixmbr

    bootrec /fixboot

    bootrec /rebuildbcd

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

    chkdsk /r

E-If you have enabled fast boot in UEFI Firmware, disable it:

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/21284-enabl...

F-Reset this PC > Keep my files.

2-If it did not help, start your computer in Safe Mode:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/sta...

if you could log in with Safe Mode, open CMD as administrator > Type these commands and hit enter:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

    sfc /scannow

Then, restart your computer and check to see if the issue has been fixed or not.

3-If it did not help, create a bootable USB of Windows 10 and boot your computer with the USB:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cre...

On the installation window, click on repair and try the options provided in step 1.

After that, check if it fixed the issue or not.

4-More troubleshooting steps from the link below:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

5-If the issue is still unfixed, perform a clean install:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Be noted that you have to install the same Windows edition that was running on your computer in order not to face Windows activate issues.

If you have important data, try to rescue them:

Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.

    Stay safe

When you installed Windows and the PC gets restarted, disconnect the bootable USB and see if you are able to continue setting up Windows.

    Please keep me posted.

    Hey thanks for the reply

I have tried everything till option 5 and nothing works. Option 5 has a problem, it is letting me install windows via the custom install but when it installs it asks to restart pc and this is where the problem is when I restart it it restarts the windows setup and same after, any fixes?
