Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Do you have a third-party antivirus? If yes, the antivirus may be blocking the Recipe Keeper connection, you can try to disable the third-party antivirus temporarily to check if the problem is fixed.
Other troubleshooting that you can try is to reset the network settings and repair the app.
Solution 1: Reset the network settings
1-Click on Start then click on Settings
2-Click on Network & Internet
3-Click on "Advanced network settings"
4-Click on Network reset then click on Reset
5-Reboot your computer and check if the problem was fixed
Solution 2: Repair the app
1-Click on Start then click on Settings
2-Click on Apps then click on Installed apps
3-Search for Recipe Keeper, click on the three dots(...) and click on "Advanced options"
4-Scroll down and click on the Repair button
5-When finished, check if the problem was fixed
If the problem persists, you will need to contact Recipe Keeper support, they are the only ones who will be able to help you to identify what is causing the problem in the app and how to fix it.
