What is PUA:Win32/Presenoker? Windows Security found this threat

Hi Help me with this issue. My window defender finds this threat.

    Hi Raman,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    A PUA is not actually a virus, Defender is indicating a Potentially Unwanted Application is on your PC that may or may not be dangerous.

    Did you delete that game installer from the C drive and empty the Temp folder?

    That command completed correctly, so that list should be cleared at some point tomorrow.

    Open File Explorer, then on the View menu at the top, temporarily turn on 'Hidden Items'.

    Navigate to this folder: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service

    Delete the contents of that Service folder.

    Navigate to this folder:

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Quarantine

    Delete the contents of that Quarantine folder.

    Close File Explorer.

    Open Defender and select the option to perform an offline scan, your PC will restart to perform that scan.

    Then check if that malware list is clear.

    I have cleared he temp folder and also the game installer also but I the specific location which is showing in pic I'm not able to find it when I searched.
