Thanks for responding. You may only use iPadOS on an iPad as designed by Apple and Windows requires different hardware or system architecture.

Just in case you really need to have a Windows on a tablet, there are other tablets that can run a Windows from other manufacturers, you may also check MS Surface which is a tablet by Microsoft that is desigen for Windows OS.
