ASUS Stuck On "Preparing Automatic Repair" Screen

Recently my computer has been stuck on the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen and I'm not sure what at all to do. I went to the ASUS BIOS thing multiple times but only managed to get to Windows Recovery once and I'm not able to do much from either, as far as I can tell.

If it's not obvious, I'm also not very computer savvy so any advice/help would need to be dumbed down a bit or explained in a bit more detail than usual, if possible.

    Hello Caillie,

Thank you for updating me with that information. You may need to consider performing a Clean Installation of Windows 10.

Find another working computer then download the Media Creation tool (Click Download tool now). Use the tool to "Create installation media (USB flash drive at least 8GB in size) to install Windows 10". Instructions inside the link.

Note: Please make sure to uncheck the "Use the recommended options for this PC" box.

Insert the USB Installation media into your computer. Please change the boot order in the Bios Settings. Boot your PC from the Installation Media you created.

I can't even figure out how to boot into the recovery menu. Every other time I turn off my laptop it goes into the Preparing Automatic Repair screen so I can't just go to the circles and then turn it off.
