We at miro.com support SCIM protocol and have an app in Azure Marketplace https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps/aad.realtimeboard
We have many Customers who have successfully configured the integration between Azure and Miro and can manage Users and Groups automatically.
Our Customer wants to modify the user SCIM attribute "userName" in Miro (because of employee changed surname and corporate email).
Customer modified the "userPrincipalName" but this change won't be propagated to Miro.
The default mapping is following

Customer believes that the modification doesn't propagate because of "Only during object creation" setting.
Customer attempted to change this setting to "Always" however this produces an error

Updating user provisioning settings
We encountered an error while updating provisioning configuration for Miro (formerly RealtimeBoard)

 Error Code: SchemaInvalid

Message: The following property "userName" can only be provisioned on object creation. Please revisit the attribute mapping for this property and set the "Apply this mapping" option in the UI as "Only during object creation"

How can we relax this limitation? Is this a setting on the "Miro (formerly RealtimeBoard)" app in the marketplace?

Yes, this is a setting directly on the provisioning integration. You'll need to submit a request to the Microsoft Application Network to have the integration updated. This is the same place that any previous requests to have the app's SSO or provisioning added to the gallery would have been submitted.
