Computer is occasionally getting double inputs from keyboard/mouse

This has only been happening for the last couple weeks I'd say, but occasionally my computer receives double inputs from the keyboard or mouse. For instance, pressing "a" sometimes gives "aa" instead (happens with other letters too) or right clicking with the mouse will right click twice. Not really sure what to think of this one. Keyboard and mouse are different brands, drivers up to date, windows up to date, hardware is all relatively new. Only thing I can think of is a fresh windows install, but not really wanting to go that route. Wondering if anyone's seen something like this before or knows a possible culprit. Thanks!

I have the exact same problem. Sometimes the keyboard makes double nputs and my mouse aswell. its mostly noticeable while browsing. I use the thumb buttons to circle back through sites and its really weird to sometimes go back 2 pages. No where on the internet is anything about this problem.

    My sympathies.

The uninstalling the drivers seemed to have helped me. thanks
