Cannot Install Logitech Setpoint

I have tried to no avail to install Logitech Setpoint to be able to customize my K350 Wireless Keyboard. Every time I download and click the package I get the blue spinning circle for about 3 seconds and then nothing happens or opens. I've tried several solutions such as attempting in Windows 8 compatibility mode, downloading the 64-bit version (versus Smart Install version from Logi site), etc. and so on. Any assistance would be so appreciated!

System details:

Windows 10
64-Bit
This is a work computer, but I have administrative privileges for software installs and have never had an issue of this sort.

I was able to get it installed and working on Windows 11 with the version SetPoint6.90.66_64. Make sure to download the 64-bit version since I couldn't get it to work with the Smart Install version (SetPoint6.90.66_Smart) from the Logi website.

Thank you! This fixed it for me! The smart install version is not smart enough to detect 64 bit system and download the 64bit version

For what I can see Setpoint seems to be an older software package, have you tried Logi Options?

It appears to be the newest keyboard customisation software from them. I'm not sure if this is compatible with the keyboard you have but it might be worth a try.

    Hi Elise,

Yes, I've tried that as well and it has not worked for me.
