    Hi : open and Go through, the instructions on this. 

           Cannon drivers download site

    Note : The steps are for printers MG3500 - Series. 

                       is it the one you have,.? Make sure

    -- Apps and drivers installation. Are done on two phases

              download and then install : in case of apps

    some of them. You've to extract the file

                               before go to the install process
