Hi Alex_974,
I'm Amr, an independent advisor.
The issue is related to the driver I guess, since it is an Apple trackpad you should download a driver from Apple to make this trackpad function well
Download the Bootcamp Support Software from here but do not try to install the whole package, even if you tried to do that you can't, you can't install the whole Boot Camp installer on a non-Mac. The program gives an error "not designed for this computer" and quits:

Once you have this, unzip the folder.
Navigate to: BootCamp/Drivers/Apple and find the file called "AppleWirelessTrackpad64".
Install this package and your TrackPad should now work perfectly with Windows.
Note that even though the trackpad will function well, unfortunately not all its features will be available to use

I hope this is helpful. If you require any additional assistance, don't hesitate to respond to this.
