I can't see the file transferring progress popup when I transfer files to my phone

I can see the pop-up when I move files within my laptop, just not when I transfer it to my phone. This happened after I had to reset my windows after I lost my bitlocker password. Is there some kind of drivers missing or something like that?

    Dear Hezu01,I'm sorry the suggestions didn't work;

    In that case I suggest you try restarting Windows Explorer;

    Press the keys: Ctrl+Shift+Esc to access the task manager;

    Locate the Windows Explorer process;

    Right-click on it and select Restart;

    Windows Explorer will restart;

    Then try to reset the file explorer options;

    Access Windows Explorer;

    Right-click on Quick Access and go to Options;

    On the General tab, click Restore Defaults;

    Click the View tab and click Reset Folders;

    Then click on Restore defaults;

    Click Apply;

    Now check if the file transfer progress is displayed;

    Hope this helps, see you soon!

    Hello Hezu01, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that you are unable to see the progress of file transfers to your phone;

    Initially I recommend that you check if you are updated with the latest version of Windows 10;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

    Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

    Run System File Checker;

    Click on the Windows search bar and type: CMD

    The search result for CMD (Command Prompt) will be displayed, click Run as administrator;

    Copy and paste the commands below by pressing Enter after typing each command line:

    Sfc /ScanNow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

    Do a clean boot;

    1. Press the Windows + R keys, type msconfig and click OK;
    2. In the System Configuration window, click on the services tab;
    3. At the bottom of the screen, check the Hide all Microsoft services box and click Disable all;
    4. Now click on the Programs Startup tab and on Open Task Manager;
    5. When loading the task manager, click on the start tab and disable all non-Microsoft programs (right-click on the program and choose disable), close the Task Manager and click OK on system configuration and restart computer if requested.

    Restart the PC and check if the problem still persists;

    see you soon!
