Windows 11 freezes after wake up

Hello;

After I switched to windows 11, it freezes after a long sleep ( maybe 4 5 hours). I do not get the same problem if the sleep duration is 1 -2 hours. After waking up from a long sleep, windows shows the log in screen and then it freezes or sometimes I am able to enter 2-3 digits of my pin, then it freezes. I then have to turn my pc off with the power button. Windows also does not generate memory dump file( I have set the settings, not generated), I guess since it is not a blue screen crash, just a freeze. However, I did find the problem in the system logs. I always get these 2 errors when it freezes.

  • The AESMService service failed to start due to the following error:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. (event 7000)

  • A timeout was reached (45000 milliseconds) while waiting for the AESMService service to connect. (event 7009)

Steps I have tried so far;

  • update every driver
  • disable fast startup
  • check for malwares
  • check for harddrive corruptions
  • disable intel sgx from bios

Nothing helped. Here are the specs of my pc:

Lenovo Thinkpad T580 (Type 20L9, 20LA) Laptop (ThinkPad) - Type 20L9

I need help urgently.

Thanks

    Hello everyone:

    I also disabled hibernate completely. It seems like the issue is resolved. Maybe sgx was not the problem at all, just hibernate. So if you have problems just after wake up, disable hibernate completely.

    Best regards

    Hi Eren, thank you for your response

    Since the driver had been updated and reinstalled, and Windows and BIOS are up to date but the issue persists, I suggest an in-place repair. An in-place upgrade allows you to go from an older operating system to a newer one while keeping your settings, personal files, and data intact while repairing corrupted system files, apps, and even incompatible drivers on the system.

    Hello;

    I did the steps. The error with SGX disappeared, but still freezes after waking up. And unfortunately, minidump is again not generated.

    Best regards
