When I do this, it says that Windows cannot find it. I tried searching "Local Group Policy Editor" but it tells me that it does not exist.
How to prevent users from deleting search history on Windows 11.
How can I lock down my search history to where no one can delete it?
Or perhaps, is there a way to lock to down to where you need a password to delete it and make it more difficult?

I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.
Right-click the Window key and click Run.
Type in gpedit.msc and hit Enter.
Once the Local Group Policy Editor is open, navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer.
Double click Delete Browsing History.
Look for Prevent access to Delete Browsing History, double click it, click Enable > Apply > OK.
