So I recently found this file E_YATIRHE.EXE in startup. I unchecked it so that it won't startup anymore, but I still see it in the list. Is there a way to remove this file completely from my computer? I read it was an EPSON file. Help Please!

I see. Then it means whatever program that used to have this item is no longer there. This is a dead listing basically.
You can go here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/... Download the Sysinternals Live too, then run it.
It will highlight (yellow) items that no longer has the file associated with it. See if you can find any mention of this file highlighted, if so, just delete it.
When I do that - that option is greyed out? Open file location and Properties are greyed out. Only Disable and search online?

If you right click on this file in Task Manager > Startup tab, do you see the Open File location option. If so, go ahead and do that. And review the file path, it should give you an idea what program/app it belongs to. If it is an app you still need, I will suggest that you leave it be. If it is an app you no longer need, then go to Settings > Apps to uninstall it instead.
