I see. Then it means whatever program that used to have this item is no longer there. This is a dead listing basically.
You can go here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/... Download the Sysinternals Live too, then run it.
It will highlight (yellow) items that no longer has the file associated with it. See if you can find any mention of this file highlighted, if so, just delete it.
