Computer won't boot, stuck on infinite loading screen.

Hello. I need some help, my PC won't boot and I'm desperate. I have tried all the methods I could find in Google, and mostly in this forum, but none works.

Some days ago computer was working fine as usual, I had to reboot cause an USB device was acting weirdly (track-ir camera). Then the computer got stuck in an infinite Windows loading screen, before login screen.

I did a search that suggested doing a hard shut down three times to force Troubleshooting mode, said mode never showed up. Whenever I force shutdown it alternates forever between normal load infinite screen and preparing auto repair infinite screen but it never showed the troubleshooting/repair mode.

After several tries, I just plugged the original windows install USB that I had stored and booted the computer hopping it might help and then proceeded to to leave the computer as I had to do some unrelated stuff. When I came back some 15 minutes later the computer had booted normally and was in login screen, I could use the PC normally for a while and turned it off, I thought the auto repair could find the corrupted files in the installation USB and just fix the issue, silly me. That was 2 days ago since I haven't used the computer.

Today I started the computer and it happened again the infinite loading screen. I immediately proceeded to plug the windows install USB and reboot but this time nothing happened. Again it went into the normal/auto repair infinite loop.

I searched google again and found that a possible fix is to create a boot device with another USB, so I did it but it doesn't work.

The only difference is that now it keeps in normal loading screen loop, no more auto repair mode, but it won't load troubleshooting mode nor windows install mode.

No need to say that I modified the bios start up sequence to load from USB first over SSD. I aldo disabled fast boot and secure boot as indicated by the support guy in this forum in an older thread.

I also tried to disable c: from the.bios to force the USB load. It makes no difference, just gets stuck on load screen. Disabled USB boot to and it enters bios setup directly as it detects no device to boot from.

I don't care if I have to fully format C: and perform a clean install, as everything important is in other hard drives, I use c: exclusively for OS, but I don't know how to do it being windows and all it's tools inaccessible, and every methods I've tried doesn't work.

    Hi , Bizarro__.

Right, what happens is that some driver must be preventing Windows from booting the system to boot. You mentioned a usb port showing defects.

Disconnect everything you have, just leave the power cable and the video input.

Turn the computer off and on again.

Ok, looks like this worked, finally I'm at the login screen. How should I proceed now?

Sorry, I completely forgot to point that, after several iterations of the issue, I discontented any non essential hardware, including audio jacks. I'm currently running just with keyboard, mouse, main screen HDMI and Ethernet plugged.
