Hi,
It's been a few days since the last contact. I want to make sure if you have any new findings or if you have checked the download link I provided?
Looking forward to your reply.

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
This is another familiar and useful Windows feature that's missing in Windows 11. Please can anyone relate how to install it?
Thanks

There are situations when I could use this functionality, and I am in that situation now. All (that I am aware of) former Windows versions had it; there is a valid expectation of having access to it. Now we find this version (Windows 11) does not. That is my issue. Can you fix it?
I wish a listing had been published detailing all the functionality that had been DROPPED in this new version, instead of highlighting all the NEW functionalities. A listing that would inform a user prior to upgrading.
Well, that is certainly handy.
Thanks Manson for the reply!
I will work on this, let you know if I get it.
As far as I know, the universal/plain text printer driver does not have access to it alone.
I found a description of the driver on Microsoft Learn, which you can refer to:

Hi,
Welcome to Microsoft Community
Universal printer drivers cannot be downloaded separately, and they are usually pushed along with system updates.
May I ask what problem you are currently encountering?
Any questions, please feel free to leave us a message.
Best wishes
