I looked through entries in the link provided and it makes it clear this is an unresolvable issue created and caused by Microsoft not allowing users to unsubscribe.

2023-08-07T21:06:50+00:00 Did a live chat with a rep for 45 minutes and they tried everything but actually unsubscribing me. They told me just to block Microsoft emails and setup a filter for that. SO frustrating that I cannot simply UNSUBSCRIBE.

2023-08-08T01:14:22+00:00 What? I wanted to unsubscribe from Microsoft Transactional emails. The Microsoft rep couldn't find a way to simply unsubscribe from Microsoft Transactional emails my child is getting from Microsoft. Why does a child need emails about using Edge? The issue is unresolved.
