I am unable to get my device to connect to my laptop through Bluetooth. What do I do?

So, I have this pair of earbuds, my google pixel buds pro, and I cannot for the life of me get them to connect to my computer. I was previously able to get them to connect. When I turn them off, sometimes my laptop will not recognize that and keep them connected as a sort of ghost pairing. I can't just click disconnect or remove device to get them to disconnect, I have to do Remove Device and then turn off my Bluetooth. I did this, and then next time I went to connect them, they wouldn't show up in the pairing list. At first, I thought it might be a problem with my PC, so I tried connecting a pair of headphones, a keyboard, and a different pair of earbuds. They all worked fine. I tried connecting my Pixel Buds to other devices, and they all connected perfectly well. I then tried updating my computer and Bluetooth drivers, which did absolutely nothing. After that, I went to the Services app and force stopped and restarted my Bluetooth stuff. That did nothing. I then tried the Troubleshooting app, which also led nowhere. Finally, I went to device manager to reinstall my drivers in Device Manager, and noticed that my earbuds were still connected (Screenshot Here: https://imgur.com/a/Np9lmQ7). I tried manually removing those, then noticed they were also in audio devices, so I removed them there too. After reinstalling my Bluetooth drivers, I tried pairing my earbuds again, put them in pairing mode and they still didn't show up in the device list. Afterwards, I noticed they reappeared under Bluetooth in Device Manager. That's where I am right now.

EDIT: The earbuds are now connected and working somehow, after I did nothing, but there is no Bluetooth connection to them listed. All I would like now is a way to recover that listing so I can manage them again.

    Hello Colin Rowan.

    Thanks for your reply.

Could you create a new test account, and switch to the newly created account to see if connect is working as normal?

This troubleshooting step can help isolate the problem due to an invalid profile configuration.

    Hello Colin Rowan.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Regarding to your information I assume that you can't connect your earbuds only happened on one laptop.

It seems that there is some feedback about not being able to find this headphone in network , similar to what you have experienced on

specific devices. Perhaps you can try resetting your headphones to initialize all settings and then try again to see if you can find and

    connect your headphones.

According to the information online, you can reset the earbuds using this method.

Hold down the outer shell button for about 30 seconds.

Release your hand when the status indicator light stops flashing.

Then, the indicator light on your Buds Pro case should start flashing white and orange to indicate that your Buds have been fully reset.

If you do this, the Pixel Buds Pro will be restored to factory settings.

For specific instructions, you can contact Google for assistance.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
