Windows-X hotkeys (Win-X -> U) not working

Hello everyone,

It seems that my Win-X hotkeys aren't working, and they were just fine before. To clarify, I mean pressing Win-X to bring up the Quick Links menu works just fine, but further hotkeys after do not work after that. For example, I usually use Win-X -> u -> u to shut down the computer quickly. Any ideas? It doesn't seem like there's a setting that can affect this.

Thank you!

    Hi there Vitor,

    Thank you for your help. Wow, that did it! Is this a new setting? I don't necessarily remember it being something in Windows 10, but I'm sure I'm wrong. It's working perfectly now. Thank you!

    Thanks again,
