    Hi, Elise

Yes I am able to log into my account by account.live.com, there is no error code, it's just trying to download apps on Microsoft store where I get an error code.

I've tried today which is the next day from that post and it's giving me the same error code where I can't download.

Hi, I'm Elise, a fellow user like yourself and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

If you go to account.live.com and login, are you able to? Or do you receive further error messages?

If so could you take a screenshot and I will try to assist further.

Or if you are successful could you try the download again.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

Are you able to test with a different Microsoft account to see if you encounter the same issue?

    Hi, Elise

Done, it reset the store but still having the same problem when I download.

It doesn't kick me out the store, just refreshes it all then goes back to normal, after I tried to download again and still gave me the "Oops, ......."

Could you try reset the Microsoft Store app, to do this press Windows + R on the keyboard and then type wsreset.exe and press Enter.

Then see if you can access the Store app.
