    Thank you for responding!

Here is the techscan that I received from the company to continue to receive work. Please any help you can give would be SO VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

    Processor

Unfortunately, your processor does not meet our current technical standard. Since not all AMD & Intel processors meet our standards, we are unable to qualify you for a program at this time.

Our recommendation: If you have an alternate PC you would like to use feel free to do so now. If you are in need of upgrading to a new PC we recommend that you look for one with a newer Intel or AMD processor.

For more information on which processors are acceptable, please go to jobs.workingsolutions.com/FAQ and scroll down to the “Systems Requirements” section!

    RAM

Yikes! Looks like your PC does not currently have enough available RAM installed. This is necessary to efficiently use the various software systems that our clients deploy. Our recommendation: Contact your PC vendor to determine what type of RAM your system uses so that you can purchase and install it. If you do not feel comfortable installing memory, contact a local computer repair shop for assistance. Once you have completed your upgrade please feel free to return to scan and certify your PC to move forward!

    Bandwidth

Congratulations, your bandwidth results meet or exceed current bandwidth requirements for all current projects here at Working Solutions. Your ISP connection qualifies you for both VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) and Conventional Analog (Copper Wire Landline) based programs.

    OS

O-snap! Time to Upgrade! You are using an older or unapproved operating system. Our recommendation: We recommend that you upgrade to a full 64-bit version of Windows 10, either the Home, Pro or Pro for Workstations version. If you do not feel comfortable installing a new operating system, contact a local computer repair shop for assistance. Once you have completed your upgrade please feel free to return to scan and certify your PC to move forward!

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

I checked the configuration of the laptop for you, your computer configuration and performance are poor, so it is not recommended that you upgrade to win10. It may cause performance degradation and system instability.

At the same time, what software do you use to contact customers in order to help you? Perhaps you can try to change some software, which can achieve the same effect.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates. Thanks.

    Best regards
