Installed KB5029263 on 22H2 this afternoon and it seems to have disabled fingerprint and PIN sign-in on my machine. Thanks a million!

I am on the insider tract.

I have uninstalled the windows 11 insider updated for 8.5.2023. This was making my pc green screen when i turned on the camera via citrix sessions. Now I am in a reboot loop for 2023-08 cumulative update for .net framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for windows version next for x64 (kb5028949) and windows intelligence update .. install error -0x80070057. I checked diskspace. I have over 130gb available and i have .net 4.8.1 installed. How do i get out of this reboot loop since I cant uninstall anything other then 2022 updates.
