error occurred during authentication installing icloud on windows 11

icloud was working until bios update was done. after reinstalling icloud now receiving authentication error, please try again. Icloud working fine on my apple devices. Also Itunes is working fine on the windows 11 PC. Only having the authentication error when installing Icloud on the same win 11 PC that is running Itunes just fine.

    Hi Lucy, only using windows defender for security. How and what should I shut down to try iCloud install?

    I understand that you are having a problem with authentication by installing iCloud in Windows.

    According to Apple's official documentation, the problem may be caused by the protection software on your computer. Please try uninstalling the protection software on your computer to see how the problem behaves.

    Since I don't know much about iCloud authentication, I can't help you more in this area. If the above problem still hasn't been resolved, we recommend seeking help in the Apple forums.
