Removing Work or School Account Deletes Data or Not?

I Have a PC which is logged in with a Microsoft account, but now i want to remove that account from work or school and add it to a domain.

Will this affect the data on that System? All the User data will be erased?

How to retain all that data and still be able to connect to domain and give Role based access to users.

    If that account is only listed in the Emails and Accounts and Access Work or School sections, and not in the 'Your Info' section, you can safely disconnect that account, that will not cause any loss of data on your PC.

    One thing though, if you have data stored in that school account on OneDrive online (https://onedrive.live.com/), you should download that data, in case your school closes that account.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Accounts.

    Select Your Info, is the school Email listed there?

    Select Emails and Accounts, is the school Email listed there?

    Select Access Work or School, is the school Email listed there?

    I need to know which of those 3 sections (Your Info, Emails and Accounts and Access Work or School), the School Email listed in?

    Yes the email is listed,

    if i disconnect that, will it erase all my data?
