I noticed that the grey safety tip when contacting someone the first time stay in the same language of the user's location.
Is it possible to change a First contact safety tip always to English by default?
If yes,how?

As AndyDavid has replied, the language of First contact safety tip is up to the language configured by recipients side, we seems cannot change the language always to be English.
