When you press Windows logo key+ PrtScn, the screen will dim for a moment, and you will need to check the screenshot file in a folder named “Screenshots”, inside your default “Pictures” folder.

If this does not work, please try the suggested methods below.
- Take a screenshot again then open File Explorer
Click Quick Access in the left side of the navigation pane
In the Recent files section, the file at the top of the list is the recently taken screenshot
Right click the screenshot file then click open file location
