I have an HP keyboard and the Print Screen button is no longer on here. How can I do a print screen with as few steps as possible?

    Hi Cheryl,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

Press the Windows Key + Shift + S and that will take a screenshot you can then paste that into any document

You will also find the screenshot on the Clipboard app by pressing the Windows key + V

May I ask, what do you mean you have no print screen key, is it broken?

If it is, you can use a utility like the free SharpKeys or AutoHotKey to remap that key to another key on your keyboard.
