My Laptop started to freeze and being unresponsive, so i decided to do a factory reset and erase everything but now it wont turn back on. whats the problem?

So my laptop(Windows 11 DELL) started to freeze and become unresponsive yesterday. when it freezes, everything becomes unresponsive, the cursor would get stuck, the keyboard would not work(CAPS LOCKS button would not turn on the light when pressed). and when the laptop is in this frozen state there is nothing you can do to bypass this freezing other than switching the laptop via the power button and switching it on again

BUT, please note that switching it off and on again does not entirely solve the problem because after you login it will take about 3 minutes for it to get frozen again. so it kept freezing and i kept switching it on and off but the problem persisted, so i tried other methods to bypass this like Ctrl+Alt+Delete & Ctrl+Shift+Windows+b ,but they did not work since the keyboard doesnt work during this freezing. so i tried another method, putting it into safe mode, when it was on safe mode it would work perfectly fine with no issues, and because of that i was told that my laptop might have a software problem that is causing this freezing.

after finding this out this, i sfc / scannow my laptop via safe mode and it did not pick up anything, i then continued and disabled all apps in my laptop with a plan that i will enable them back one by one until i see which one is causing the freezing, BUT after i disabled all of my apps the laptop continued to freeze. so i figured that it would be a better idea to factory reset it, and i did do a factory reset and erased everything but now my laptop is not working. after the factory reset it asked for my country, timezone, and laguage that i use, after providing my details it told me that it needed to update and make sure that i have it plugged in and im connected to the internet, i did that and it finished. when it was done, the screen just went black, just black with only the cursor showing on the screen.

i tried waiting for it for like 20 minutes thinking maybe it was fully done with itd updating but the screen switched off. i switched it back on and it displayed the DELL logo, and right after a loading screen with a message reading "jus a moment" while it loaded. after it was done loading, it just showed the black screen just like before with only the cursor showing. so i have been switching it off via the power button and on again but still it does the same thing, it shows LOGO then LOADING then BLACK SCREEN.

please if someone knows whats wrong, help me on how to fix this. your help will be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance
