I currently have this same “no signal” problem and I’ve tried doing everything I can: reseating RAM, taking out CMOS battery, reseating gpu but nothing has worked. My keyboard and mouse turn on as well as everything else and the caps lock buttons changes color when I press it, so I genuinely I have no idea what the problem is. Is there anything I can do from home or should I take it into a repair shop?
how to update drivers with no monitors
i recently shipped my desktop and when everything is plugged in the monitor says no signal entering power saving mode, i've tried plugging in 3 monitors all have the same message.
i have followed the following all to no avail:

I have also reset the CMOS by taking out the motherboards battery and placing it back in.
what should i do?

2023-08-25T21:22:23+00:00 Hi,
can you turn on the PC like you normally would, and check if at some point within 1-2 minutes the capslock light works when you press capslock on your keyboard? (You can also try NumLock)
Now, I assume you're not getting ANY output on your monitor (other than the no signal message), no logo, no text, nothing?
That usually indicates a major hardware problem, a so called "POST-Failure".
POST stands for Power On Self Test, and is an initial test always performed when your PC turns on.
If Caps- and Numlock don't work, and you don't get any output on your display, your PC has failed to POST, meaning there is a substantial hardware issue with a core component.
Unfortunately, this problem can't really be fixed remotely, so you will probably have to take the device to a local repair shop.
One of the most likely things I could see happening is (if you have one) a GPU that has broken out of the slot, or a CPU cooler that has ripped the CPU out of the socket. Those are both really heavy components and should either be secured or removed before shipping.
If you are comfortable with working on the PC hardware, here are some things to try:
If you open the PC, do you see if the GPU is in the slot properly, are all cables connected, etc?
Reseat your GPU if you can.
Also check your RAM, take it out and put it back in. Maybe it came loose.
You should also try removing all unnecessary components from the system, as a short could also lead to a failure to POST. e.g. a short in a SATA-Cable or USB-Connector.
Sincerely,
LightJack

When you turn on the PC, does the computer/motherboard manufacturer's logo appear before the monitor turns black?
Can you get into the BIOS?
What is the PC manufacturer and model? If it is a custom PC, what is the manufacturer and model of the motherboard?
I look forward to hearing from you.
