Client32.exe issue on startup & performance issues.

(Windows 11)

I have had this issue for about a week now and am now getting worried. I have been clicking on the "x" instead of ok everytime because I thought it looked sketchy. What should I do, because I am worried that it is a virus after looking it up online. I cannot uninstall clien32.exe in anyway I have tried, including control panel. It may be unrelated, but for about a few months I have been having serios performance issues like games running super slow with very long loading times on the lowest possible settings. Even something as simple as roblox lags. Task manager shows to tasks taking up my components when the issues are happening (thus why I think its unrelated). I am running an Msi ge75 raider with a 10th gen i7 10750h cpu and laptop 2060 rtx graphics. Thanks

heres a picture too

Unless you specifically installed Net Support, Client32.exe is likely on your computer due to malware. If this is the case, please upload and share logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST).

    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

    • Run FRST and press Scan.
    • Two logs are created in the folder that FRST is run from, FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
    • Upload the logs to OneDrive, Google Drive or any file sharing service.
    • Post the share link.

Note: If you are downloading FRST with Edge, smartscreen will initially block it.

Click on the 3 dots next to the warning and select Keep-> Show more-> Keep anyway.

I would also recommend you disconnect that computer from the internet until the malware is removed.
