Thank you for the quick reply Dave, I have already tried this and the device installation settings workaround as well. Both did not work.
Microsoft downgrade the AMD graphics driver when updating windows 11
Every time after windows updates my AMD graphics driver is replaced by an old version. Then my AMD program stops working and i have to reinstall new drivers every time. How to stop this? AMD offers newer drivers via AMD Software: Adrenaline Edition and Windows Update offers slightly older version and forces you to install it. That leaves AMD Software in an absolutely unusable state. Please stop this useless updates

Please open the Feedback Hub (Windows Key + F) and report this bug to the Windows developers there, the more people that do, the sooner they will fix tis bug.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Driver updates are usually optional updates that so not install automatically, are you installing them from the Optional section or are they appearing in the normal updates section?
If those AMD drivers are appearing in the normal updates section, this is an annoying bug many people have reported and the only way to stop this is when you see the AMD drivers in the update list, use the official Microsoft Show/Hide Tool to hide those drivers to stop Windows trying to install them.
