In new Visual Studio there is no more option to create Web Forms web application?
Are MVC only future architecture Visual Studio will support for WEB pages?

in Visual Studio 2019 you have the same: for VB.NET only ASP.NET Web Application (.NET Framework) are available.
Web Forms templates exist in Visual Studio 2022. Select ASP.NET Web Application (.NET Framework). A few clicks later you can select Web Forms.
If you don't see the ASP.NET Web Application option then try installing the ASP.NET and web development workflow using the Visual Studio installer. Since you see MVC templates, I assume you already have the workflow installed.

Thank you @AgaveJoe for the answer. To piggyback on this, I had the "ASP.NET and web Development" workflow installed, but needed to return to Visual Studio Installer and select "Additional project templates(previous versions).

Actually, I'm seeing that the box you need to check (to get the Web Forms template) is ".NET Framework project and item templates" rather than "Additional project templates(previous versions)".

Why not respond and say that the drag and drop net and asp.net web form in Visual Studio 2022 is gone?
If not that you say that a plug-in is missing when it actually installs by itself.

I did that but only see ASP.NET Web Site, not ASP.NET Web Application
