When I connect my oppo enco buds it works fine. But when I pause a video on youtube or on any other website. The earbuds stop working, although it still shows connected to my laptop. When I reconnect the earbuds to the laptop it starts working but that is very annoying. I noticed others are also noticing the same problem but can't find the solution. I also tried reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers and resetting the earbuds. But the problem remains the same.

Hi Nada, Thanks for replying. I have upgraded to Windows 11 and also all my drivers are updated. I think the problem is with the earbuds itself. When I tried with other earbuds they all worked fine without any issue.

    Hello Amit,

My name is Nada an independent advisor, and I'm here to help you.

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you.

Can you please tell me, after updating drivers you are faced with this issue?

    Or upgrading to Windows 11?

Sometimes, if your computer's drivers and software are all up to date, the problem you're experiencing with your Bluetooth earbuds may simply be due to them going into power-saving mode after being inactive for too long.

This is a feature that helps to conserve the earbuds' battery life.

I am waiting for your reply.
